Black On Purpose Television Network (BOP TV)
Black On Purpose Television Network (BOP TV) is the largest privately held Black-owned streaming television network in the world, targeting African-American consumers. The company aggregates, curates and produces video content created by and for People of Color worldwide. The concept was developed in 2009 by company Founder and CEO, Michael Campbell. The mission was to build our own broadcast platform that allows positive images free from negative stereotypes that provides our own seat at the table with no more asking.
Black On Purpose Television Network operates as both an "incubator" and a "platform". Within its incubator role, the network creates television projects, trains technicians and develops arts professionals through its Center for Media, Arts & Technology. As a platform, BOP TV features 32 plus channels and is a premiere channel on most major streaming platforms including Roku, Firestick, Smart TV’s and more. The network’s daily viewership has grown to over 4 million U.S. viewers on these platforms, and the international growth is catching up quickly with their expansion into the African, Brazilian and Caribbean markets. With over 10,000 shows, BOP TV has the largest body ever assembled in one place representing the work and accomplishments of People of Color worldwide.

Freelance journalism and Art Practice
Funmi Lijadu is a writer and collage artist highlighting stories that are less heard. She started her self-employed practice in 2018 and since then she has written freelance for platforms like Cosmopolitan and Gal-dem and used her art skills to work on a campaign with Tinder. She is invested in humanity, the histories that led to our present, and imagining better futures.
Our Version Media CIC
Our Version Media CIC is increasing positive and authentic representation of black communities by equipping people with digital media and journalism skills to tell their own, authentic stories. It was founded by broadcast journalist turned social entrepreneur, Veronica Gordon (ex-TV news, radio, and digital media). OVM teaches mobile storytelling, mobile journalism, and smartphone filmmaking so individuals and communities can make positive black stories more visible. This is increasing confidence and self-esteem, while counteracting negative media portrayal at the same time.
Starz Records Limited
Starz Records Limited is a music label that manages musical brands and trademarks, coordinates the production, manufacture, distribution, marketing, promotion, and enforcement of copyright for sound recordings and music videos, while also conducting talent scouting and development of new artists. Our main focus has primarily been on organizing concerts and stage performances with recognition in various countries.
