The African Development Imperative
The African Development Imperative focuses on how and why economic, political and social inequalities violently radicalize certain young people of African descent. We operationalise youth as individuals aged 18 to 35 who subsist on the periphery and for whom the following are routinely unattainable: access to robust education, full employment, equitable political participation, security and upward mobility.

Our aim and objectives is to tackle issues affecting the African and Caribbean communities such as registering more people to give blood and make their wishes known for organ donation - our current project is called #ujimakeepthebeat2. This project is to engage, involve and encourage more of the youths to voice their opinions on this sensitive matter.. Another one of our future projects is to build economic sustainability (Ujamaa) in our communities by encouraging more people to buy from Black owned businesses
