Colorintech is an award-winning Not for Profit organisation that aims to make the tech industry fair and accessible - we do this by supporting underrepresented founders, students and working professionals to excel within their careers and professional journey, through events, activities, and opportunities.

We do this through three pathways and a flagship event:
- NXTGen: Aims to upskill and support underrepresented students into their first roles within the tech sector;
- Advance: Aims to support underrepresented talent progress and advance within their tech careers;
- #Build: Aims to support underrepresented founders navigate and accelerate the entrepreneur journey;

How do you specifically support Entrepreneurs through #Build?

In 2019, we started running Europe's first free pre-accelerator just for underrepresented founders, and since then have supported 72+ founders on:
- Accelerators,
- Trade missions,
- Traction programmes.

In addition to this, our alumni have collectively raised over £40 million and we recently won an award from the Financial Times for being the Best Startup Hub for Ethnic Minorities.

Our accelerator programme focuses on three core pillars:
- Character of the Entrepreneur: we teach about leadership, the principles of the infinite game and the characteristics of successful entrepreneurs.
- Revenue Generation: By focusing on marketing and sales, we focus here on how to generate revenue for yourself.
- Investment.
