Session 0: Welcome to the ACE Accelerator Session 1: Purpose, Positioning and Problem Definition Session 2: Customer and Market Discovery Session 3: Ideation and Business Model Mapping Session 4: Brand Story, Messaging and Identity Session 5: Channels, Marketing and Visibility Session 6: Data, Metrics and Understanding KPIs Session 7: Operations, Systems and Time Management Session 8: Finance Fundamentals and Pricing Session 9: Growth Strategy and Scaling Foundations Session 10: Pitch Preparation and Investor Readiness 10 sessions, delivered fortnightly (75 minutes each) with optional Q&A sessions available in between sessions.
