Pauline Miller is the Chief Equity Officer, EMEA, for global advertising agency Dentsu and leads the DEI strategy and implementation across EMEA, reporting to the CEO. Before joining Dentsu, she served as the Head of Culture at Lloyd’s of London, spearheading a profound cultural shift within the Lloyd’s market. Her efforts addressed critical issues like underrepresentation, bullying, and sexual harassment, and she played a central role in Lloyd’s acknowledgement and initial response to their historical ties to the transatlantic slave trade. Her career spans prestigious roles at State Street, Barclays Capital, Barclays Wealth, and Starcom. Beyond her corporate endeavours, Pauline's commitment to social change is evident through her advisory role with the UN Foundation's Girl Up and her trusteeship with Romildamor, a women's rights organisation.
